Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils; Support chefs by ensuring a steady supply of clean tools and workspaces; Assist with basic food prep tasks as required; Manage waste disposal and recycling in line with procedures; Ensure compliance with hygiene and health & safety standards; Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen

Requirements

A passion for food, hospitality, and customer service; Strong teamwork and communication skills; Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; Flexibility to support a dynamic operational schedule; Previous experience within a similar environment
