Lab & Research Assistant

As part of our continued global expansion, we are seeking a motivated Lab & Research Assistant to join our team. This role will support routine immunoassay workflows and laboratory operations in a scientifically collaborative and fast-paced environment with opportunities for hands-on learning and career development.

Responsibilities

Perform routine immunoassays including immunohistochemical (IHC) staining, ELISA, and related laboratory procedures; Prepare samples, reagents, buffers, and other materials required for immunoassay workflows; Maintain accurate experimental records and assist with data collection and documentation; Support daily laboratory operations including inventory organization, equipment maintenance, and general lab upkeep; Follow established laboratory protocols, quality standards, and safety procedures; Collaborate closely with Research Scientists and Lab Managers to support ongoing research and development activities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Pathology, or a related life science discipline; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Good written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment; Excellent time management and organizational skills

Nice to have

Previous laboratory experience in immunoassays, histology, ELISA, or related techniques; Basic knowledge of immunology, biochemistry, or pathology
