Lead, Commercial Strategy and Performance

We are looking for a Lead, Commercial Strategy and Performance to join our growing business!

Responsibilities

Govern commercial business KPIs nationally and team-level KPIs to ensure we meet our targets; Strategise and help execute campaign drives to help business achieve vendor funded and non commercial revenue targets; Partner with the Director MD office to identify performance gaps and uncover growth opportunities; Prepare clear, data-driven performance reports for executive meetings, performance reviews, and company-wide town halls; Coordinate with regional counterparts to align local activities with overarching commercial strategies; Facilitate the development of lead lists, and performance reports to support commercial team goals; Lead the rollout of regional projects and product developments while enforcing interdepartmental guidelines; Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to execute campaigns and support product initiatives

Requirements

5 to 8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, data analytics, or other relevant functions with exposure to commercial or growth functions.; Proficiency in Data Analytical tools with reporting on Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets or slides.; Strong analytical thinker with the ability to simplify complex, ambiguous challenges and translate data into practical recommendations; High attention to detail with a critical eye for improving processes and systems; Comfortable wearing multiple hats and contributing across functional areas, especially in fast-evolving environments; Proactive and entrepreneurial, with a bias toward action and a willingness to dive into the details; Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills across a range of stakeholders and teams
