Lead Process Technician

2nd Shift Lead Process Technician - 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Primary Responsibilities: Oversee/Manage your specific shifts operations. Assure plant floor is operating at peak productivity.

Responsibilities

Oversee/Manage your specific shifts operations; Assure plant floor is operating at peak productivity (safe, clean, accident-free environment; thorough and quick mold changes; successful startup, bucket length and shutdown quality; maximize GPPH; thorough parting line cleanings; product quality via machine process limits, auto reject alarms, and part inspection); Participate in Manufacturing Team Meetings and monthly Quality Operating System meetings; Successful shift hand-off to next shift; Complete employee evaluations for subordinates; Establish, Maintain and Evaluate effectiveness of authored work instructions; Assist in development of new processes; Assist in preliminary and final tooling reviews; Assist in quality related tasks; Assist in warehouse management; Assist in maintenance of tooling and equipment; Assist in pulling finished goods materials for shipment

Requirements

High school diploma or GED; A minimum of five years of applicable work experience

Nice to have

Computer Training; Robotic and/or Automation Training; Decoupled molding by R.J.G.; Experience with computer and/or computer related systems; Robotics and/or automation experience
