Line Cook - Balkan Restaurant - Staff Housing Available

We’re seeking Line Cooks to join us this summer at Balkan! Fresh Mediterranean in the heart of Banff. From fresh pita wraps to mouthwatering souvlaki & plenty of vegetarian options, prepare your taste buds for fun & flavourful Mediterranean dishes paired perfectly with vibrant cocktails and fruity spirit-free drinks. Weekly Greek Night with belly dancing, plate smashing and traditional dancing! OPA!

Responsibilities

Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met; Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service; Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization; Assist with training new team members as required

Requirements

Excellent work ethic and communication skills; Previous culinary experience; You thrive in a fast-paced environment; Flexible schedule required; Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada
