We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a passion for creating delicious dishes.

Responsibilities

Cook and prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards; Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations; Assist in menu planning and preparation of various dishes; Assist in inventory control, management, and orders; Ensure daily shift tasks are managed and completed as needed each day; Maintain a clean and organized work environment; Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations; Must be able to maintain the kitchen at all times.; Must have strong sense of urgency

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment or high-volume breakfast experience; Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology; Experience with food handling processes, storage, preparation, and inventory rotation; Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting; Current certification in food safety and handling is required; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Cleaning and maintaining is a top priority
