Responsibilities

Actively engage with customers by sharing passion for products and creating memorable moments; Advocate for BWS loyalty programs by informing customers about benefits and product offerings; Keep stock on shelves so customers have the best choices; Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates; Uphold service of alcohol guidelines

Requirements

Ability to talk with customers confidently and authentically; Good availability across the day, evenings and weekends; Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team; Genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge; Willingness to be active during the working day; Desire to grow a career and make a positive impact in any role; Completion of a functional screening assessment as part of recruitment
