Responsibilities

Implement a holistic PT Strategic initiative in the country toward retail partners in close cooperation with all HUB marketing functions and Sales.; Contribute to the steering of commercial targets (FC, TGS, margin, etc).; Optimization of product mix (standard, campaigns, promotion) in country.; Manage PROMO share and execute PROMO strategy (Price or Bundle pack) and integrate it holistically in the User journey.; Gains and provides user-& market- insights to the BO, SA and MK organization.; Lead and execute activities for the trade marketing touchpoints: POS, Instrore communication, Print, Events, e-dealer.; Launch management (MPE proofread, local SAP MasterData maintenance (pricing), steering, new product presentation.; Demand volume consolidation and contribution to S&OP sessions.; Responsible for the brand protection.

Requirements

Strong capability in developing and executing strategic plans.; Ability to think conceptually and align projects with broader business goals.; Analytical and critical thinking skills to assess complex situations, interpret data, and make informed decisions.; Proficient in navigating complex environments, managing ambiguity, and simplifying multifaceted problems to drive solutions.; Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.; Native or near-native fluency in Turkish is essential.
