Responsibilities

Effective communication with travel nurses and other staff; Actively seek out new and unique recruiter tools to gain new leads; Conducted initial phone screens with candidates and assist with travel assignments; Function within the scope of OSM policies, standards, and practice guidelines

Requirements

1 year of locum tenens experience; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proven track record of good performance; Tech Savvy; Ability to work as a team in a challenging and fast pace environment; Bachelor Degree
