Reporting Structure

- Customs Brokerage Lead Agent, Supervisor and Manager

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive and professional communication with both internal and external customers.; Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system.; Monitor and track customs files to ensure timely processing and visibility.; Ensure accurate and timely client billing; Develop a thorough understanding of import customs procedures and apply this knowledge to meet customer requirements and expectations.; Transfer customs declaration information from documents, or other sources into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration.; Support the verification, preparation, and submission of customs declarations to the appropriate customs authorities.; Maintain full compliance with all applicable customs regulations, company policies, and industry requirements.; Hours Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Successful candidates must pass a background check

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred, an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.; Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen, understand, and communicate clearly and concisely to achieve positive outcomes.; Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.; Proficient computer skills.; Interest in developing a career in supply chain management and logistics.; Fluent in English
