LPC Clinical Supervisor - Leadership Track

Ellie Mental Health is looking for a Michigan-licensed LPC Clinical Supervisor to step into leadership now, on a track with real room to grow as the clinic grows. We're a locally owned, fast-growing practice on a mission to expand access to high-quality mental health care and we're looking for someone who wants to grow right alongside us.

Responsibilities

Carry a manageable caseload of 20 clients per week; Provide weekly clinical supervision and mentorship to pre-licensed therapists (LLPC), building to a full team of up to 6 supervisees over several months; Oversee clinic quality of care, documentation, and productivity; Help shape hiring, training, and team development; Partner directly with ownership on clinic growth and community outreach

Requirements

Active MI LPC license and MI board-approved supervisor status; 1–2+ years of clinical supervision experience (private practice preferred); master's degree or higher in behavioral science field; strong working knowledge of Michigan mental health regulations; natural mentor; comfort working in a role where strong performance is rewarded; some evening availability
