Maintenance Facilities Tech I - Butler

Be the first point of contact for facility-related concerns and questions; Maintain contact with external vendors in relation to general facility maintenance; Work in coordination with Maintenance Helpers/Cleaners; Perform painting and clean-up projects; Assisting departmental leadership plant-wide in the development of material and equipment storage solutions; Assisting departmental leadership with housekeeping and departmental organization; Strategizing with staff to accomplish refurbishment of common areas; Ensuring a clean, safe, efficient work environment is available to all associates; Being a critical member of the Visual Factory Management team; Perform minor building maintenance tasks; Accomplish preventive maintenance inspections related to facility support systems; Responsible for other facility maintenance items as assigned; Other duties as assigned

Requirements

High School Graduate/HSE or equivalent manufacturing experience; Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills; Manage ambiguity while working through stressful situations; Positive attitude and a willingness to work with others; Computer Skills; MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint); Bentley
