Responsible for API plant equipment maintenance. Responsible for uptime of equipment, modifications, change overs. Responsible for maintenance & modification works of API plant equipment. Need to maintain uptime of plant equipment to meet production targets. Responsible for investigation and CAPA actions closure in alignment with QA & EHS.

Responsibilities

Maintenance and modification works of API plant equipment; Responsible for uptime of equipment, modifications and change overs; Maintain uptime of plant equipment to meet production targets; Investigation and CAPA actions closure in alignment with QA & EHS; Review and develop procedures/SOPs to meet current GMP and safety standards; Comply with EHS guidelines and regulations; Ensure quality work from contractors as per specifications in a timely manner

Requirements

Knowledge in Capex preparations, estimations, planning and execution; Good team management skills; Very good collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders; Knowledge in facing EHS and statutory audits and related documentation; Good in contractor management and bill verification; In-depth knowledge of current safety systems/safe working practices; Capable to train and lead the team; Familiar with online GMP documentation; Familiar with root cause analysis tools; Familiar with maintenance of process equipment such as reactor, centrifuge, ANFD, RCVD, blender, sifter, multi mill, FBD etc.; Bachelor of Engineering (BE)
