Manager - Operations - Inventory Valuation, Accounting and Reporting

Responsibilities

Inventory valuation, accounting, and financial reporting for the RBIN entity; Collaborate with senior management for review and approval of postings, with insights; Effectively coordinate with statutory auditors to ensure timely closure of QEC/YES audit requirements and compliance obligations; Conduct review with controller ship organizations for finalization of entries; Generate business reports with key analysis for performance reviews; Drive process standardization & operational efficiency initiatives with the controller ship; Champion digitization & automation projects, including AI; Identify & implement best practices in FP&A & controller ship

Requirements

CA-Inter / CMA-Inter / or equivalent preferred; About 10 years of FP&A experience, including Inventory Valuation

Nice to have

Strong analytical & stakeholder management skills; Experience with process rationalization, improvement & digitization
