We are seeking a Manager to join our private enterprise team, supporting a diverse portfolio of local businesses across Saskatchewan. Responsibilities

Manage and advise a portfolio of owner-managed business clients across a wide range of industries; Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate growth, challenges, and key business decisions; Collaborate with Partners and Managers as part of a supportive leadership group; Mentor and coach junior team members, contributing to the development of the next generation of professionals; Participate in firm led business development activities; Get involved in firm committees and initiatives that shape how we work, serve clients, and support our communities.

Requirements

CPA designation with 2–5 years of progressive, post-CPA experience in public practice or a professional services environment; Strong technical foundation with the ability to see the big picture and identify opportunities to add value for owner-managed clients; Confidence managing client relationships end-to-end, including planning, delivery, and communication; A genuine interest in mentoring and developing junior team members; Curiosity, initiative, and an interest in contributing beyond client files — whether that’s firm initiatives, committees, or business development.
