Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of SAP Ariba consultants, providing direction and guidance; Oversee the implementation of SAP Ariba projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget; Collaborate with clients to understand their processes and system requirements; Design and configure SAP Ariba; Provide guidance and support to clients in utilizing and customizing their SAP solutions; Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams; Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members; Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP; Participate in the recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Ariba, with at least 3 years in a leadership role; In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM processes and Success Factors modules; Proven experience in designing and configuring SAP Ariba; Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering successful SAP projects; Strong leadership and team management abilities; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Experience in full-cycle SAP Ariba implementation projects; Certification in SAP Ariba is preferred
