We are looking to find a Managing Associate lawyer to join our Corporate Commercial Practice Group in our Lagos office. The role is seeking a lawyer with 7 to 10 years of energy industry related M&A corporate and commercial law experience. The successful candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience gained at a respected law firm or within an in-house environment in Nigeria.

Requirements

Legally entitled to practice law in Nigeria with 7 to 10 years of post-call experience.; Minimum of a Merit at LLM level from a recognized university in Nigeria/UK/US/Canada.
