Responsibilities

During your internship you will become part of our international team in indirect purchasing by actively supporting us in our day-to-day business.; You will work on cross-functional topics in logistics and packaging purchasing (e.g. supplier base optimization, CSR checks).; Furthermore, you will support us with price negotiations and tenders in packaging materials made of wood, paper and plastics.; Also, you will have the chance to put your ideas and know-how into practice with independent analyses of purchasing data, e.g. volumes, material and contract numbers.; Finally, you can expect modern purchasing tools (e.g. iSource, e-auction) and a great team.

Requirements

Education: studies in the field of International Business, Economy, Mathematics, Business IT, Business Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics or comparable; Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Personality and Working Practice: you manage your tasks independently with a high degree of responsibility and adapt quickly to new challenges with a positive attitude; Work Routine: we offer you the opportunity to work in a hybrid setup; Enthusiasm: for working in an international team; Languages: very good in English and good in German
