Requirements

bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Materials Science, Ceramics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field; 5 years of experience as a Thermo Shock Protection Manufacturing Engineer or in an occupation involving process improvements in manufacturing and development; Ceramic coatings, kilns, or slurry-based manufacturing processes; TS/ISO/IA TF quality management systems; Equipment procurement, validation, and release testing; Statistical analysis, process optimization, and quality improvement methodologies; Process engineering in manufacturing and development; Statistical analysis, DOE, SPC, and process optimization; 10% International and domestic travel
