Marketing Coordinator I

We have an immediate opening for a self-motivated team player with the experience and skills to lead marketing coordination and management of proposals and marketing materials for our Diagnostics team. In addition to the qualifications listed below, this individual will possess a strong “can-do” service attitude.

Responsibilities

Use of Adobe InDesign to develop and coordinate materials for proposals, qualifications packages, and brochures; Research and technical writing to enhance our existing literature and develop new collateral; Coordination with business development leadership in strategic development of marketing collateral; Update and maintain marketing collateral and database; Develop and maintain project stories, resumes, and boilerplate content in alignment with brand standards; Assist in the coordination and preparation of interview presentations and other shortlist materials; Maintain accurate pursuit records and content libraries

Requirements

Self-motivated team player; Strong “can-do” service attitude; 0 – 4 years of experience as a proposal/marketing coordinator; Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign is required

Nice to have

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a professional services firm (i.e. construction, architecture, engineering or commercial real estate organization) is preferred; BA/BS degree with concentration in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism or Communications highly preferred
