Responsibilities

Own the overall strategy of the public facing Texas Capital website with a main focus on consumer and small business banking.; Establish essential KPIs and metrics of content performance by working collaboratively with the data and analytics team.; Continuously optimize our SEM/SEO capabilities to ensure that the Texas Capital brand is top-of-mind for our target markets.; Work closely with marketing research and sales enablement teams to understand and uncover insights specific to target audiences and relay into web architecture.; Remain up to date with the latest web and CX trends to drive business initiatives now and forward looking to enhance overall effectiveness of web properties.

Requirements

3-5 years’ experience in advertising, media, social media or a related field – strong B2C background and experience with highly regulated industries preferred.; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related degree.; Experience with content creation, strategy building and content marketing.; Working knowledge of search engine marketing and search engine optimization (SEM/SEO).; Advanced knowledge of web content management tools such as Acquia/Drupal.; Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.; Excellent planning and management skills to oversee multiple content campaigns.; Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.; Superior communication, problem solving skills and ability to learn and adapt quickly.; Self-motivated and strong organizational skills.; Demonstrates flexibility and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic and changing environments.; Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Asana and Salesforce.
