Placement: Head Office, Jakarta

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the company's Demand Creation grand strategy .; Design and execute marketing plans and programs that drive business growth.; Develop and manage the product portfolio roadmap for the next 2–5 years .; Lead the Product Development and Research teams.; Collaborate closely with the Sales team to implement marketing programs in the field.; Identify market opportunities and formulate strategies to accelerate business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, Management, or a related field.; Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or 5 years of experience as a Product Development Manager in the insecticide and/or fungicide industry.; Strong understanding of marketing strategy, demand creation, and product development .; Proven experience in market analysis, customer research , with excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
