As a Marketing Project Manager, you will lead and manage full-cycle projects (from inception to completion) across multidisciplinary teams and across all media types (digital to traditional) to ensure on-time, on-budget and error-free execution.

Responsibilities

Act as cross-functional hub for project executions while partnering closely with internal & external partners to ensure overall project success.; Develop, own, and communicate holistic project schedules and work plan to internal & external teams.; Maintain detailed status reports in Workfront and leads status meetings for Marketing and agency.; Acts as a project driver for the team, takes ownership of project efficiency.; Utilize Agile (Kanban+/Scrum) and Waterfall processes and applies relevant approach by project type.; Experience in omni-channel/all media types of production including digital, eComm, print, video, and packaging.; Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.; Open jobs utilizing agency software tools (i.e. Workfront).; Work with account leads to accurately scope project jobs.; Management of all production related requests from the internal team, clients, or meta- agency partners - holistic timeline creation and management.; Gather and vet specs across all media types (digital, ecommerce, broadcast, print, promotions + packaging) to ensure project accuracy.; Manages all Type C & D packaging updates, creates spec sheets, works directly with Production Artist.; Traffics print and digital media.; Facilitates website content updates.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.; 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year of project management experience in an in-house creative agency, marketing agency, or similar client-service environment.; 1+ year of project management tools experience (Jira, Monday.com, Workfront preferred or equivalent platforms).

Nice to have

Experience supporting print production and packaging design projects is preferred.
