Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production plans based on customer demand and business priorities.; Balance production capacity, inventory, and material availability.; Coordinate with production, supply chain, logistics, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.; Monitor production performance and adjust plans when needed.; Identify risks and resolve planning issues to minimize disruptions.; Lead planning meetings and communicate production plans across functions.; Drive continuous improvement in planning processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.; Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, manufacturing, or related areas.; Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.; Proficient in Microsoft Excel.; Experience with ERP systems and production planning is an advantage.; Willing to work in Cikarang, Bekasi
