Join Rotork's growing Master Data Management team on a FTC basis and help build a new global function.

As an MDM Analyst , you'll be responsible for maintaining Finance and Product master data across our ERP and business systems, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.

Responsibilities

Manage and process master data requests in line with SLAs and governance controls.; Review and triage requests, ensuring the correct actions are taken.; Maintain Finance and Enterprise Structure master data across business systems.; Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure data accuracy and integrity.; Support data quality initiatives, process improvements, and data cleansing activities.; Train and support master data requesters and approvers.; Document and continuously improve MDM processes and standards.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.; Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.; Experience with ERP systems, master data, or business process administration is advantageous.; A proactive approach and enthusiasm for helping shape a new function.; Attention to detail.; Ability to work collaboratively with individuals and teams both cross-functionality and geographically.; Ability to influence and facilitate others to apply agreed standards and ways of working.; Ability to think logically and analytically.; Ability to deal with high levels of complexity, change and evolving processes, often at short notice.; Ability to be proactive within a fast-paced dynamic environment; Well-developed problem-solving skills.; Willingness to work flexibly across geographic time zones during peak periods such as period end; Operationally focused and confident in working within a busy environment; Robust skills in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
