Job Summary

Lead digital solution project

- Coordinate with different team in leading digital solution project
- Lead team in project planning, product design, product development and roll out.
- Organize department CCT, IDB to review project specification and ROI.

Responsibilities

Understand business requirement; Coordinate with different team in leading digital solution project; Lead team in project planning, product design, product development and roll out.; Using scrum to lead the IT development activity.; Set up the sprint planning, sprint review, daily standup, team retrospective; Communicate with relative stakeholder to get support or update project status.; Organize department CCT, IDB to review project specification and ROI.; Organize digital tool training to forest digital culture in department

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, major in computer or IT technology; Manufacturing IT related >3 years; SW development, scrum, agile, manfacturing; Workable English
