Responsibilities

Support the installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of mechanical systems and equipment.; Analyze mechanical issues and develop practical, effective solutions.; Review technical drawings, specifications, manuals, and engineering documentation.; Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.; Participate in equipment inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.; Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, safety, and performance.; Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, operations, production, and other technical teams.; Prepare and maintain technical reports, procedures, and documentation.; Adapt to new equipment, technologies, processes, and project requirements.; Follow applicable safety procedures, engineering standards, and client requirements.; Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and independently research solutions when necessary.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.; Minimum 3 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering or related technical functions.; Good conversational English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional work environment.; Hands-on experience with mechanical equipment, industrial systems, maintenance, manufacturing, or engineering projects.; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, specifications, and engineering documentation.; Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.; Willingness to learn new technologies, equipment, and industrial processes.; Proactive, self-directed, and adaptable approach to technical challenges.; Availability and willingness to relocate and work 100% onsite in El Paso, Texas.
