Media Advertising Operations Associate

The Media Advertising Operations Associate is responsible for the day-to-day execution, optimization, and performance monitoring of digital advertising campaigns across biddable platforms. The role ensures operational excellence, accurate campaign implementation, and achievement of key performance indicators while working closely with clients and strategic/planning teams. This position combines strong analytical and organizational skills with hands-on expertise in platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, contributing directly to campaign performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day execution, optimization, and performance monitoring of digital advertising campaigns across biddable platforms; ensuring operational excellence, accurate campaign implementation, and achievement of key performance indicators while working closely with clients and strategic/planning teams; combining strong analytical and organizational skills with hands-on expertise in platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, contributing directly to campaign performance and client satisfaction

Requirements

1+ year of experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Advertising, or Campaign Operations, ideally within technology or fast-paced digital environments; Hands-on experience with biddable media platforms, particularly Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads; Strong campaign optimization and analytical skills, with experience monitoring KPIs, evaluating performance, and developing digital campaign reports; Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong attention to detail, organization, and operational discipline; Client-facing and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, planning/strategy teams, and internal stakeholders; intermediate English required
