Medical Writer/Senior Medical Writer (German/English Medical Affairs & Marketing)

We're looking for a Medical Writer/Senior Medical Writer to join our team at Real Chemistry Germany. You will be the first hire in our German-based content team, and will be responsible for developing materials across medical affairs and marketing projects in a range of therapy areas for top pharma clients.

Responsibilities

Taking responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of scientific content across medical affairs and marketing accounts; Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of assigned therapeutic areas; Liaising directly with clients and external experts on therapy area and content strategy (with occasional on-site travel); Working with the client services, strategy and creative teams on strategy development; Taking an interest in AI tools to enhance efficiency; Developing and maintaining a knowledge of regulations across Germany and wider Europe; Supporting the senior team with developing pitch materials and proposals; Identifying new business opportunities

Requirements

Already working as Medical Writer or Senior Medical Writer in a medical affairs or healthcare advertising/marketing agency; Strong scientific background with a degree in a scientific or medical discipline (post-graduate degree preferred); Passion and profound understanding of healthcare, science, medicine, and the pharmaceutical industry is essential; Experience interacting with clients and KOLs; Full fluency in English and German
