Microsoft Power Platform Analyst - Scott AFB, IL

Seeking an on-site Power Platform Analyst with strong communication and technical skills to support new and existing deployments of our Task Management Tool (TMT). This role requires the analyst to be on-site daily with no option for remote work. In this position, you will navigate a complex environment to collaborate with business users, project sponsors, senior leadership, and team members, providing the support needed to deliver, update, and expand the functionality of TMT and the Power Platform. You will serve as the primary customer-site contact, working directly with senior leadership, business users, and technical staff. You will be supported both on-site and remotely by experienced Accenture Federal Services specialists in technology, application development, and project management.

Responsibilities

Create, test, and maintain Power Automate flows to drive end-user processes; Develop complex Power BI reports and dashboards to provide analytics, metrics, and insights into tasking behavior; Provide help desk support and application troubleshooting for the Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and other Microsoft 365 apps connected to TMT; Manage customer expectations regarding solution functionality; Advise customers on best practices for configuring Power Apps and TMT; Coach customers on change management to support new initiatives; Conduct classroom training and provide desk-side support for users and staff; Update customer training materials and SOPs; Prepare presentations for leadership briefings; Conduct testing for new software builds and lead the customer adoption process; Assist technical staff during solution installation with account creation, configurations, and troubleshooting; Provide administrative support for related tasking processes

Requirements

Active Secret Clearance; Ability to work on-site 100% of the time; At least 1 year of Power Automate experience; At least 1 year of Power BI experience

Nice to have

PL-900 and/or PL-300 certification
