Responsibilities

Generate reports and showcase them through dashboards, as an individual contributor; Manage MIS and Power BI reports across F&A process such as Order Management, O2C, P2P, R2R and FP&A; Ability to process reports from the CRM and showcase results; Highlight performance gaps and create dashboards that will enable decision making and process changes in Operations; MIS reporting by using Advance Excel, Power BI & VBA (Macro) at Operational; Create and share daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports of the SLAs, KPIs and Operational Processes on time as per client requirements; Deliver end products maintaining quick turnaround times and highest quality standards; Implement practices and processes to improve operational efficiencies in generating & maintaining day to day MIS Data and updating the management

Requirements

3-5 years of experience with a strong educational background; Proficiency in different Reporting tools. Preference to; MS Excel; MS PowerPoint; MS Power BI (Good to have); Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication (verbal and written) skills to work cooperatively and constructively in a multi-cultural team environment
