Responsibilities

Support the daily operations of the aftersales team, including follow-up on technical, CRM, and SAP-related tasks.; Follow up on invoicing, spare parts planning, stock transfers, service campaigns, service audits, training certifications, and various daily reports to ensure efficient service management.; Prepare service bulletins in coordination with the service engineer.; Monitor aftersales service performance through defined KPIs and take follow-up actions where necessary.

Requirements

Currently a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or a Master's student in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering, or a related field.; Ability to interpret technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.; Familiarity with data analysis to support the daily operations of the aftersales team.; A results-oriented and analytical mindset.; Fluency in English.
