Mortgage Disclosure Analyst

The Post-Closing CD Specialist is responsible for reconciling the final version of the Closing Disclosure (CD), including any post-funding revisions, to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity. This role plays a key part in delivering secure, timely, and compliant mortgage disclosures while maintaining detailed documentation within the Loan Origination System (LOS).

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's Loan Origination System (LOS); Review and ensure accuracy and data integrity for the issuance of the Closing Disclosure and Loan Estimate; Reconcile post-funding revisions to ensure customers receive an exact record of their mortgage transaction; Maintain accurate records of communications and actions related to the disclosure process within the loan file conversation log; Maintain service levels and adhere to regulatory timelines for completion and delivery of disclosures, verified through LOS tracking systems; Deliver mortgage loan disclosures in a secure and accurate manner; Maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer and employee information; Work overtime as needed to support business and regulatory timelines

Requirements

Knowledge of mortgage compliance regulations for Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA loan programs; Familiarity with Encompass (LOS) strongly preferred; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; High school diploma or general education degree required; Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation; Strong problem-solving ability; Ability to self-direct and adapt to changing timelines and deadlines; Ability to multi-task and succeed in a fast-paced environment; Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret bar graphs
