Responsibilities

Design & Development: Create videos that align with the provided brief, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and a high standard of visual presentation.; Collaboration: Work closely with our creative project coordinators to understand requirements, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed expectations.; Quality Assurance: Ensure all creative outputs are of the highest quality, both in terms of design and in alignment with the brand's vision and objectives.; Timely Deliverables: Adhere to tight schedules and ensure all deliverables are submitted on time without compromising on quality.; Budget Adherence: Produce high-quality work that adheres to the allocated budget. Contribute to the team's cost-saving goals and ensure consistent financial efficiency in creative production.; Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to optimize processes and reduce production costs without sacrificing quality. Achieve set monthly cost-saving targets.

Requirements

Proven experience in motion design, preferably within the mobile gaming industry.; Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effect); Strong understanding of mobile game aesthetics and user experience.; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.; Excellent communication and collaboration skills.; Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.; A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
