MRO controller in Operations F&C (temp Agency)

An opportunity for MRO controller in Operations F&C has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in San Pablo (Sevilla). The PMBC team is in charge of the Strategic Procurement of the composites materials through the related MFT for the complete Airbus Group, through the Procurement Synergy Group.

Responsibilities

Integration and coordination of controlling activities (planning, reporting, controlling) at MRO in TFAOG level following a standard and agile process to increase the operational synergies and support its competitiveness; Definition, prioritization and management of transversal projects for MRO; Transformation projects for MRO in order to find synergies and efficiency that generate savings or mitigate risks, improving costs and cash out; Conso Workload and budget controlling in operational areas of TFAOG; Automatization processes participation and tools to optimise the resource plan; Challenge the MRO business to ensure an accurate performance planning; Decision-making support to the MRO controller TFAOG and operative areas; Generating common procedures and ways of working; Financial driver analysis and reporting of the activity performance

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Business Management or equivalent; Excellent financial skills and the ability to persuade, influence and convince; Able to anticipate, assess and mitigate risks; Excellent skills in relationship building, team building, empowering, motivating others and conflict management; Negotiation level of English; Awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity
