MRTT - Technical Publication - Technical Data Manager

An opportunity for a Technical Publication - Technical Data Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Sevilla. The selected candidate will join the Technical Publications & Technical Data Management Team within the MRTT & A400M. Acting as a Data PMO, the main mission is to translate high-level program milestones into production plans, schedule workload, and track data delivery phases to ensure quality and on-time execution.

Responsibilities

Coordinate data collection activities and resources in order to issue the reference data deliverables on time and quality; Perform industry systems re-engineering to improve data collection processes; Control the exchange data and information with Customer and industry; Control of Post-delivery Update of Technical Data; Implement, maintain and perform data quality check; Configuration and Management of Aircraft Data; Collect and interchange Aircraft Data with other companies; Collection, integration and delivery of Aircraft Data for A/C handover; Post-delivery Update of Aircraft Data as required; Aircraft Data Support to industry processes

Requirements

Engineering degree (Aeronautical, Industrial, or equivalent technical background); 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience within the sector; High analytical skills; High organizational and workload planning capacity; Milestone-driven mindset; Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate; English B2; Knowledge of core tools (SPRINT, SIDIE, EPD, SMART); Knowledge of specific IDS platforms (Samanta, Qualico, Stylo)
