Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, laundry rooms, etc.; Perform facilities maintenance duties, including minor repairs and maintenance tasks; Prepare outdoor areas for various weather conditions by weatherproofing areas, covering outdoor furniture with tarps, tying down unsecured items; Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working condition; Assist with moving furniture and equipment as required; Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly; Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements

Must be able to travel to and from multiple properties on a as needed basis - Required; Previous experience as a Porter or in a similar role - Preferred; A high school diploma or equivalent (Preferred not Required); Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and maintenance tools; Ability to follow instructions, strong attention to detail, and time management skills; Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects
