Up to £38,847.17 per annum + van | Full-time, Permanent | Bracknell
We’re looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join the Empty Homes team, helping prepare properties to a high standard so they’re ready for new residents.
You’ll carry out a variety of trade and maintenance tasks across properties in Ascot, Windsor, Reading, Slough and the surrounding areas, working alongside other trades, subcontractors and housing teams.

Responsibilities

Carry out a wide range of repairs, maintenance and installation work across empty properties; Complete work safely, efficiently and to a high standard; Take pride in delivering a right-first-time service; Work closely with colleagues, subcontractors and other teams to ensure homes are ready for new residents; Provide excellent customer service and represent the organisation professionally; Participate in an out-of-hours callout rota

Requirements

A skilled and experienced multi-trade operative; Proactive, motivated and able to work on your own initiative; A good team player with strong communication skills; Customer-focused, professional and committed to high standards; Qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ level in a relevant trade, with previous experience; A confident driver with a clean driving licence; You’ll need to provide your own hand and power tools
