Nespresso Brand Ambassador

Are you confident, reliable and love great coffee? Leverage your communication skills and passion for coffee to make a meaningful impact with Nespresso! You will be located within Australia's biggest retailers and utilising the training provided, you will use your coffee expertise to demonstrate Coffee Machines, generating raving fans and converting customer engagements into sales.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with customers to make their shopping experience memorable; Share in-depth knowledge of Nespresso coffee machines to educate customers on features and benefits; Convert engaging conversations and educational demonstrations into sales; Demonstrate coffee machines; Advocate for Nespresso's brand values and promotional campaigns

Requirements

Excellent communication skills; passion for coffee and eagerness to share product knowledge with customers; thriving in a fast-paced retail environment; committed to outstanding customer service; thriving in a face-to-face environment; available for weekend shifts; flexibility to cover multiple stores in local area; car and valid driver's license
