.NET Developer, SaaS Manager

1Password is seeking an Intermediate Developer to join the SaaS Manager team, building the platform that IT and Security teams use to discover, govern, and optimize their AI and SaaS ecosystems. The role focuses on delivering features end-to-end in a collaborative, startup-minded team backed by the resources of an established security company. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

Responsibilities

Deliver features and improvements on the SaaS Manager platform; Take end-to-end ownership of well-defined features from initial development through production; Participate actively in code reviews, giving and receiving thoughtful feedback; Write meaningful tests and clear documentation as part of the regular workflow; Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand customer problems and advocate for good outcomes within scope; Surface blockers and open questions early

Requirements

2–4 years of professional software development experience; Some knowledge of .NET/C#; Exposure to MongoDB or a comparable document database; Comfort picking up new concepts, technologies, and codebases quickly; Takes ownership of assigned work, follows through, flags problems early, and holds a high bar for "done"; Writes clean, well-tested, well-documented code and understands why this matters in production; Strong collaborator who communicates clearly, asks good questions, and works with engineering, product, and design; Curious about how agentic AI tools fit into their development workflow and uses them thoughtfully; Proactive about improving the codebase or team processes

Nice to have

Comfort across a wide range of technical stacks (.NET/C#, MongoDB, Go, Rust, TypeScript, React, and others); Evaluates technology on its merits for the problem at hand; Picks up new languages quickly
