Responsibilities

Overseeing the technical integrity of security transitions; Managing complex IT or security transitions end-to-end from planning through completion; Ensuring operational continuity and minimizing risk; Orchestrating handover of security assets, responsibilities, and service agreements across multiple stakeholders; Aligning technical teams, client stakeholders, and external providers around shared transition milestones and security compliance requirements

Requirements

9+ years of experience as a Network Security Transition Manager; Deep expertise in network security principles and technologies including TCP/IP, VPNs, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, DNS Security, and WAFs; Proven ability to manage complex IT or security transitions end-to-end from planning through completion while ensuring operational continuity and minimizing risk; Strong vendor management and third-party coordination skills; Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional communication skills; Fluency in English (B2); Availability for Hybrid model 2 times a week based in Lisboa; Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
