Responsibilities

We are excited to expand our housekeeping department, with multiple opportunities available across our Sydney properties:; Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites; Oaks Sydney Hyde Park Suites; Oaks Sydney Castlereagh Suites; About the Role; As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming stay.; Key responsibilities include:; Maintaining high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms and apartments, including making beds, vacuuming floors and cleaning bathrooms.; Completing cleaning tasks efficiently within the hours allocated.; Collaborating with team members to achieve daily cleaning targets and operational goals.; Adhering to safety procedures and company standards.; Using cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively, with all training and tools provided.; Building positive working relationships with team members, guests and contractors.; Reporting maintenance issues and ensuring guest areas are presented to the highest standard. Shift Details; Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday; Shifts commencing between 8:00am and 9:00am; Weekend and public holiday availability will be highly regarded

Requirements

Successful candidates will have:; Previous housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality experience highly regarded, but not essential.; Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.; Good physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting and standing for extended periods.; Strong time management and organisational skills.; A positive attitude and reliable work ethic.; Professional communication skills and a team-focused approach.; Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemical handling is advantageous, with training provided.; Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
