Occupational Health Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to manage our on-site Occupational Health service. You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and confidential service to our staff. Ensuring that health issues are promoted and dealt with in a professional and competent manner, with support from the College's Occupational Health Technician, for which you would assume line management for. You will advise, support and liaise with management and staff regarding occupational health and safety requirements ensuring legal and professional compliance. While assisting in promoting and maintaining the highest levels of physical and mental health in all of our staff.

Responsibilities

Manage the on-site Occupational Health service; provide a comprehensive and confidential service to staff; ensure health issues are promoted and dealt with in a professional and competent manner; assume line management for the College's Occupational Health Technician; advise, support and liaise with management and staff regarding occupational health and safety requirements ensuring legal and professional compliance; assist in promoting and maintaining the highest levels of physical and mental health in all staff
