Responsibilities

Occupational Therapist (OT) role; Position for the 2026-2027 school year; Portland, OR area; In-person, part-time position (0.5 FTE); Provide occupational therapy services in the school setting; Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports; Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans; Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams; Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills; Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records; Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy; Active Oregon OT License; Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
