Operations Auditor

Responsibilities

Promotes the use of Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure deliverance of the highest quality service and products to the customers.; Follow the Company’s developed Quality Systems Program in carrying out duties and responsibilities; Assist in the inspection and corrective action processes and the implemented by Operations for critical/Major and minor nonconformities ensuring that these manner, and are permanent in nature to avoid recurrence of deficiencies; Performs audit of processes and services to ensure compliance with requirements of SOP's; Maintain documentation and monitoring and reporting efforts within the Operations; Review and analyis of Shipment Discrepancy for Vizmin; Checking of Truck movement Log; Monitoring and analysis of pending RPO, Pending Post Receive and Production Output; Documentation of audit process; Conduct Truck Audit; Do other assigned tasks

Requirements

BS/BA degree in Accountancy, IE, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or audit related course.; Minimum of 1 year of quality assurance experience or minimum of 1 year in an audit position; Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration; Preferably with ERP experience; Knowledgeable in Quality Assurance metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entry/exit criteria.; Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication skills is a must.; Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner.; Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability.; Must have experience in managing and working with distributed team members.; Must be extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication; Must have above average computer skills
