Operations Director

A recognised premium restaurant concept is seeking an Operations Director to work in partnership with the Managing Director to take the business to the next level. The role will take ownership of all restaurants across the country, be responsible for day to day operations, lead and inspire a team of Operations Managers, and be accountable for optimising performance and developing talent. The successful candidate will have exposure to running and developing a quality branded operation, food credibility, and a passion for outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

Work in partnership with the Managing Director; Take ownership of all restaurants across the country; Responsible for day to day operations; Lead and inspire a team of Operations Managers; Accountable for leading the operations team; Optimise performance; Develop talent and succession plans to facilitate growth

Requirements

Exposure to running and developing a quality branded operation; Able to hit the ground running and adapt to the culture quickly; Accomplished Operations Director or Regional Director; Detail orientated with relentless focus on standards and procedures; Natural inspirer of people and motivator; Good at recognising and developing talent; Inclusive and visible management style; Passion for delivering outstanding guest experience and exceptional food; Non political; Food credibility and passionate about delivering outstanding service
