Operations / Driver / Warehouse Operator

We are looking for an Operations & Logistics Specialist to support transportation, warehouse and distribution activities while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance and exceptional customer service. Position Summary: The Operations & Logistics Specialist plays a key role in coordinating shipments, managing warehouse activities and supporting transportation operations. This position ensures the seamless handling of time- and temperature-sensitive products through proactive planning, shipment monitoring and close collaboration with customers, carriers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor import and export shipments using internal transportation systems; Support shipment planning, routing and operational execution to ensure on-time delivery; Maintain proactive communication with customers and provide shipment status updates; Prepare and verify shipping documentation, labels and customs-related paperwork; Handle, package and prepare shipments, including cold chain and temperature-controlled products; Manage warehouse inventory, packaging materials and temperature-control supplies; Coordinate pickups, deliveries and transportation providers to ensure service excellence; Monitor shipment milestones, identify potential issues and implement corrective actions; Ensure compliance with quality, safety and transportation regulations (IATA, ADR, GDP, etc.); Operate company vehicles and support collection and delivery activities when required; Maintain accurate operational records and support continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations or supply chain; Valid driver's license; Strong organizational and time-management skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities; Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills; Attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Team player with a proactive and problem-solving approach
