Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West is a vibrant, colorful hotel featuring an integrated Amsterdam Congress Center . With 476 rooms and 21 versatile meeting spaces , including a spacious ballroom that accommodates up to 700 guests in theatre style and a unique rooftop event area, we are one of the largest meeting and events hotels in Amsterdam .

Located conveniently next to Amsterdam Sloterdijk station , the hotel is easily accessible by public transport and car. Responsibilities

Support the daily operations across departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Engineering.; Work closely with the Management Team on operational and strategic topics.; Analyse operational performance (guest satisfaction, productivity, service flow) and identify improvement opportunities.; Contribute to projects focused on efficiency, quality improvement, and guest experience.; Act as a link between operations and management, ensuring clear communication and execution.; Take on Duty Management shifts, gaining responsibility on the floor and acting as a point of contact.; Handle guest feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements.; Support in planning, reporting, and optimizing operational processes.; Learn how decisions are made on a management level and how they translate into the day-to-day operation.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a hotel/hospitality management program (HBO level).; Available for a minimum of 6 months.; Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).; Analytical mindset combined with a hands-on attitude.; Proactive, structured, and eager to learn.; Flexible and willing to work operational shifts, including evenings and weekends.
