Operations Manager

General Intuition is the frontier lab for acting in space and time. It builds large action models and world models that perceive, predict, and act across virtual and physical environments, building on the strength of Medal, a platform for gaming clips. As Operations Manager, you'll build and run the operational backbone of General Intuition and Medal, own contract lifecycles and document management, support teams with compliance and due diligence, and use AI to automate as much of that work as possible. This is a builder's role offering room to grow for someone ambitious and sharp.

Responsibilities

Build and run the operational backbone of General Intuition and Medal; Own contract lifecycles; Run document management, including tracking every obligation and deadline in agreements and flagging what is due; Lead document production for due diligence, audits, and investor requests; Drive compliance workstreams including SOC 2, ISO, and government certifications; Own documentation and evidence collection to keep the company audit-ready; Build tools that automate the ops team's work; Handle critical day-to-day operations with thoughtfulness and precision; Gain insight into investor relations, equity management, HR, and compliance

Requirements

Have built an agent or automation before; Extreme attention to detail; 1 to 4 years of experience in a high-precision environment, such as paralegal at a top law firm, investment banking, consulting, or legal or compliance ops at a startup; High slope, ambitious, and eager to learn
