ORTHOPEDICS - Full-Time NP/PA

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic orthopedic conditions in an outpatient clinic; Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including histories and physical exams; Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies as appropriate; Interpret diagnostic imaging and test results (e.g., X-rays, MRI, CT scans); Perform in-office procedures such as joint injections, aspirations, splinting, and casting; Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and recovery expectations; Collaborate closely with orthopedic physicians, clinical staff, and medical group operations; Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program; Current state licensure and national certification as an NP or PA; Strong orthopedic interest required; Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills; Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient environment
